This FIX LED light has a very even beam angle using 48 white light LED’s with the ability to vary the light intensity. No other LED light has this feature.
The LED 48DX also has a built-in water detector with LED warning. Operates on 8 AA size batteries. At full power it is bright enough for some of the smaller digital cameras to take good macro videos at night. The light can be mounted in the Fisheye hot shoe swivel base on the camera or on any arm that accepts a standard S&S mount. |

To help your digital camera focus under low light conditions a focus light is a good idea. Many digital still cameras allow the capture of short video clips and the focus light can provide illumination for the video capture.

- The light has a on/off switch that can be locked with a small lever and needs to be pressed in order to turn the light on.
- The rear cap contains a pressure relief valve to help prevent gas explosion in the case you flood the light.
- The power knob is also a variable dimmer switch.
- When the battery charge is low, the light automatically switches to a low power mode – and burn an additional 10 minutes.
- The HD20DX has a useful battery charge indicator so you don’t have to guess on the battery charge.
- There is also an indicator that lights if the unit is flooded.
- A unique setting on the variable light control is the SOS function and we hope you never have to use it! This setting flashes the Morse Code signal for SOS!
- The FixLight HG20DX has a removable battery and is charged out side the case. This is also a good feature because you can have a spare battery and won’t have to wait for the battery to be charged in between dives.
- The charger is a stand-up unit with LED's to indicate the battery charge level and completion. It is a "smart" charger that doesn't overcharge the cells.
- A fully charged battery at full power will last about 50 minutes. Longer times are possible with the light set at lower out-put.
- This light has every thing you need to back-up you digital camera with for auto focus support, video capture and night diving and a regular dive light.
