The objective of Toshi Kozawa, the designer of Nexus housings, is to expand the macro selection of lenses for the Nexus camera housing using a simple combination of removable ports and extension rings. |

The Multi-port concept is where only one Multi-port is need to provide both manual focus and auto focus selection using a control gear on the port and a manual focus control for the lenses. With removable front ports and additional extension rings the Nexus Multi-port can be easily formatted to accommodate a wide range of macro lenses. |
