This is the best battery charger in the world.  It is a micro controlled ultra quick charger for NiCad and NiMH rechargeable batteries.  It manages individual charging of each battery cell with over charging protection.  It can operate on either 100 or 240VAC supply.  Charges up to four batteries at one time.  The POWERline4 has triple safety features, overcharging protection, and fault recognition of recharged batteries.
